Dried flowers, onion-pepper relish, lime custard pastry, and green herbal juniper aromas follow through on a round, supple entry to a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body with bright herbal depth and a smoothness. Finishes with a long, fresh cut pine, pink pepper, wintergreen, lemongrass and violet-lavender talc fade. Quite a lot going on here, very impressive. Will make for super flavorful, crafty cocktails.”
