This Brut Nature sparkling wine is crafted from 100% Chenin Blanc grown on biodynamically farmed vineyards in Montlouis-sur-Loiredirectly across the river from Vouvray, with similarly complex flinty-clay and limestone soils. The 2022 vintage benefited from healthy ripening conditions that allowed for pristine fruit with high natural acidity, perfect for sparkling production. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled for secondary fermentation in the traditional method, this cuve is aged sur lattes and disgorged with no dosage, highlighting the grapes intrinsic energy and mineral core. This is a wine for puristslean, electric, and food-friendly. Ideal with oysters, goat cheese, sashimi, or as a bracing apritif.
