“The Cabernet grappa is obtained by distillation of the pomace of Cabernet red grape. It is a young grappa with crystalline colour and intense and persistent aroma, which recalls very complex vinous sensations. With a soft and velvety flavour, it betrays notes of red fruit. It is a sincere grappa, like the grape of origin, which is able to involve the palate in a warm harmony of fruity sensations. It can be enjoyed neat, at a temperature of 16-18 C, with ice, iced over or as a dash added to your coffee.” -Producer
