The ‘Eliza’s’ Red Blend is a meticulously crafted wine composed of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon and 37% Cabernet Franc. It exhibits a deep, rich garnet color. The nose is greeted with enticing aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherries, and subtle hints of lead-pencil shavings, sweet tobacco, and licorice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with very fine tannins that spread across the palate, leading to an extremely long finish.
