Alain Chavy produces restrained, structured, and long-lived white Burgundies from 17 acres of vineyards in Puligny-Montrachet, with small holdings in the neighboring villages of Chassagne and Meursault.

Elegant and rich, the wine has layers of citrus fruit and pear balanced by a precise acidity and an intense mineral backbone which lingers on the long finish.
