“Clear. Quite neutral aromas with a hint of dried fruit, cream cheese, and pepper. A silky entry leads to a lively dryish medium-bodied palate with cheese danish, figs, mineral, and pepper flavors. Finishes cleanly with a slightly sweet fruit and mineral fade. Very nice and clean.”
