Maui Blanc Pineapple Wine

Grown on the slopes of Upcountry Maui, the 100% Maui Gold Pineapples used in this wine are handpicked, crushed, and pressed at MauiWine. Each harvest yields between 60,000 and 84,000 pounds of pineapple specifically selected from fields best suited for the crisp and clean Maui Blanc style. The fresh pineapple juice is pumped into 4,000-gallon stainless steel tanks for a cool and steady fermentation over 14 days. Racking, filtration, aging, and finishing occur over the next 12-16 weeks. This off-dry pineapple wine is lively and crisp. It is full of that classic, tropical flavour that only 100% Maui Gold pineapples can impart. It should be enjoyed young and fresh.
