Angels & Cowboys Brut is crafted in the traditional Mthode Traditionnelle. This Mthode Traditionnelle Brut exhibits attractive notes of golden delicious apple and citrus blossom. Fresh and zesty on the entry, the enduring bubbles release fragrant toasted brioche and roasted almond. A creamy finish completes the profile of this elegant blend.

Blend: 56% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, 4% Reserve Wine

TASTING NOTES:

Produced in the Methode Traditionelle, this wine exhibits a terroir notes in its minerality from vineyards in Northern California. Apples and tapioca meld with notes of fresh brioche on nose and palate. Lightly prancing bubbles emit a burst of energetic lemon verbena. A lovely, creamy finish follows.
