This is a complex and delicious wine. It beckons with aromas of dark purple plum and anise. Bright fruit flavours follow that include Bing cherries, boysenberries, white pepper and savoury. The well-defined, and elegant tannins add texture and length to the finish and will ensure a long life in the cellar.
