Bollinger Rose Brut

A very pleasing and elegant Rose Champagne from The House of Bollinger that is made from a blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Meunier grapes, mainly from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. This pretty rose has rich notes of red cherries, red currants and wild strawberries. The high percentage of red wine offers soft tannins and a good structure to the wine. Its highly refined and velvety bubbles are smooth and vibrant with good length. Sip on its own or pair with a wide variety of dishes, from fresh salads to poached lobster and red berry fruit tarts.
