ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Denis Salomon is a small, independent grower based in the Cte des Bar, an area known for its expressive Pinot Noir and rising number of terroir-focused producers. With deep ties to the land around Les Riceys, Salomon farms sustainably, focusing on soil health and vine balance.
In the cellar, his approach is traditional yet non-interventionist, allowing spontaneous fermentations and favoring long levage to build complexity. The house style is defined by low dosage, long lees aging, and single-varietal bottlings, offering transparency and finesse over opulence.
Wines like Terre Amoureuse reflect not only the distinctive voice of the southern Champagne hills, but also the soulful precision of a grower deeply connected to his vineyards.
