Fox River Maple Finished Michigan Whiskey is crafted from locally farmed and milled grain, then distilled, aged, and bottled in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor. Made from a mash bill of corn, rye, barley, and wheat, this whiskey is aged to perfection and finished over cherrywood charcoal before spending an additional eight months in our used Bourbon barrels that previously held locally produced maple syrup. The result is a pure expression of Michigan grain with a hint of maple sweetness and an exceptionally smooth finishperfect served neat or in your favorite cocktails.
