The 2021 Pet Nat reveals a cloudy straw hue with a lively effervescence typical of the mthode ancestrale. On the nose, it offers vibrant citrus notes of lemon zest and green apple, interwoven with nuances of wildflower, fresh herbs, and a faint yeasty undertone from its natural fermentation. The palate is brisk and invigorating, presenting flavours of grapefruit, pear, and subtle brioche. Light to medium in body, the wine finishes with bright acidity and a dry, tangy close that lingers with minerality.
