Zim’s 59 Polish Potato Vodka (750ml)

Notes on ZIMS 59:

Nose: the alcohol is slightly softer and the potato skin note has become mashed potato with butter. The nose expresses itself more than the 81. It smells like a good Polish potato vodka.

On the palate: it is much lighter on the palate, with a crisp freshness. It has a very soft, thin mouth feel and with a clean astringent like character. The finish is short and pleasant and the acidity is almost non existent. It is much more complex on the nose than on the palate. This would work well with lightly mixed or just a splash of fresh fruit juice or a nice vodka Collins.
