Wine Description
This 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep ruby hue with violet reflections. Aromas of cassis, black cherry, and eucalyptus lead into nuanced notes of graphite and tobacco. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with a core of ripe dark fruit, supported by firm yet polished tannins and a vibrant acidity. The wine shows excellent structure, complexity, and balance, with a lingering finish marked by hints of dark chocolate and dried herbs. Composed entirely of Cabernet Sauvignon, it is expected to evolve beautifully over the next 812 years. The wine is certified organic, showcasing Catenas ongoing commitment to sustainable viticulture.
