The 2021 Highest Beauty Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep, rich hue in the glass. Aromas of boysenberry, black currant, and blackberry puree captivate the senses, complemented by subtle notes of loam, licorice root, and singed alder. On the palate, this full-bodied wine offers soft tannins and a polished structure, leading to a long, elegant finish with a hint of iron. Crafted exclusively from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested at night to preserve their freshness, the wine underwent careful sorting followed by a long, slow fermentation and maceration, enhancing its complexity and depth.
