Made from 100% Glera grapes, FIOL Prosecco is produced using the Charmat method, where secondary fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks. This technique helps preserve the wines bright fruit characteristics and fresh, crisp profile. The Extra Dry style offers a well-balanced experience with a slight touch of sweetness, making it highly versatile.
