Our brewers decided to take a Dogfish Head legend and age it on charred oak bourbon barrels acquired directly fromHeaven Hill Distillery still wet with spirits when they arrived at the brewery!

Rare and often rumored about in the darkest corners of the beer community, this variety of World Wide Stout is dark, rich, roasty and complex, balancing notes of coffee and licorice with the carmely, smooth finish of bourbon.
