Volcn is built on an assemblage, selecting the very best agave from two regions (Lowlands and Highlands) to reach a complex and elegant liquid. 70% slow-roasted lowland agave (utilizing horno + tahona for crushing) blended with 30% highlands agave. Double distilled in copper & stainless steel stills & left to rest for 30 days.
