Worthy “Sophia’s Cuve”, named after proprietor Gus Kalaris’ daughter, is the second label of “Axios” – the super premium Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Axios is the the Greek word for worthy. Worthy Sophia’s Cuve enjoyed overnight success when this Cabernet Sauvignon dominated Bordeaux blend stormed into the market in 2001. Over the years Worthy has been recognized as a household name in cult wines.
