The traditional spirit of Morocco, this one-of-a-kind spirit is now distilled in New York, using more than five pounds of California figs for every bottle. Most often sipped as a digestif, Mahia will also bring exceptional depth and flavor to bourbon cocktails. Sweet and heat interplay with flavors of fig with a hint of licorice. The finish is dry with hints of cinnamon and pepper spice.
