F de Fournier Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Domaine Fournier Pre et Fils produces its F de Fournier Sauvignon Blanc from vines planted in the Loire Valley and fermented in Sancerre. The vines come from younger vines planted on loamy-sandy and loamy-calcareous soils. The vineyard is cultivated with the utmost care in order to preserve the full aromatic potential of the grape variety.
The Sauvignon Blanc F de Fournier shows its aromas of citrus and passion fruit. On the palate it is salty and tangy, with a nice sweetness and an aromatic return of toasted citrus

Goes well with aperitifs, fish dishes, cold cuts and cheeses
